PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Extreme SSSA (Solid Surface Seaming Adhesive) series of methacrylate structural adhesives offers a unique combination of strength and clarity for use where transparency is needed or where color matching is required. This cure system forms hard, clear bonds to Acrylic sheeting, solid surface materials, composites, and certain woods. A UV stabilizer has been added to the system to prevent yellowing or color change due to sunlight of aging effects. The hardness of the cured material allows for sanding within an hour without loading. Sections up to .125” thick remain clear with no inherent color tint at the edges.
Although it is always best to clean and prepare most bonded surfaces for improved adhesion. SSSA will work successfully in many applications without preparation.
Extreme SSSA is moderate cure speed, two-component product with an open time of 10-12 minutes at 23º C after thorough mixing.
The product is supplied in pre-measured cartridges of 250ml. for controlled application.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Combine resin and activator in proper ratio and mix thoroughly. For convenience and accuracy use pre-measured cartridges with disposable static mixers. Open time is 8-10 minutes at room temperature. Sandable within approximately 25-40 minutes. Handling Strength within 2 hours.
Shelf Life: 6 months at 23ºC when stored and sealed in original containers, 12 months when refrigerated at 40ºF.
Do not freeze.
